So you booked for glam services and you’re wondering how you can get the most out of your appointment. Don’t worry! You’re safe in our hands. Our expert team of stylists is ready to take you to the next level.

Selecting a Service

If you are unsure about what services you need, booking a consultation is a great way to discuss your Beaudee goals and determine the right services for you. 

Some of our services require pre-care. To make sure you are following the proper pre-care guidelines, check out our services page for more information. 

Glamor takes time. Some of our services can last a few hours! Based on the longevity of your appointment, dress for comfort, bring a snack, and settle in. The more at ease you are, the better we can express our creativity and bring out the Beaudee for you!

Appointment Basics

It’s always a good idea to confirm your appointment 24-48 hours in advance through Vagaro, our online booking system. Keep in mind that 24 hour notice is required for cancellations. Last minute cancellations result in a 25% charge of the scheduled service. No shows incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Late arrivals of 15-30 minutes will result in a canceled appointment and 50% charge of scheduled service.

Because our services are time and labor intensive, we are not able to accommodate walk ins. Our online booking system, Vagaro, is unavailable 24 hours prior to an appointment time. However, if you are looking for a same day appointment, with a little heads up we can make this possible. Planning Your Visit

When arriving for your appointment, plan to get there 15 mins early to ensure you can park, find our entrance, and fill out any additional forms. We are located at 875 Oaklawn Ave in Cranston in a dark gray, three floor brick building. Suite 101 is on the left side lower level. Behind us is a bike path and across the street is a dress boutique and pizzeria. Text “SOS” to 401.232.8333 if you need help finding the salon or feel lost.

Both sides of the building have main entrances, and they connect through the 2nd floor. At the landing you will see our gold sign that says Beaudee Salon. Head downstairs to our entrance. Come on in! A member of the Beaudee Team will be there to welcome you. Text “Here” to 401.232.8333 if you need assistance down the stairs or if someone has not greeted you right away.

Parking is available on both sides of the building in unmarked parking spots closest to the building. Additional parking can be found across the street in the vacant corner lot. And since we’re talking about planning ahead, please note: your gratuity is much appreciated, but we can only accept cash gratuities. 

House Rules

No additional guests, including children, are allowed during your appointment. 

For clients under the age of 18, we require that a guardian is present during time of service, and there is a parental release signed at the first appointment. 

Because we use chemicals, sharps, and thermal tools, it’s not safe for unattended guests; because our stylists are focused on taking care of their clients, Beaudee Salon cannot be responsible for watching others as well.

We strive to create an intimate boutique experience. Your service time belongs to you, and we want you to enjoy yourself while we work our magic. Relaxation looks different for everyone, so please, do you. Hungry? Have a snack. Thirsty? Take a sip. Curious about what we’re doing? Ask a question. Need to vent? Go off. Not in the mood? Request a silent appointment. We’re here to make sure you enjoy the full Beaudee experience. The only thing we ask is that you be mindful of your surroundings. We want you to feel comfortable; please extend that same courtesy to other guests.

It takes two to make the glam go right! During your service appointment, your Beaudee stylist will review pre and post care with you and make sure you feel confident about maintaining your look until your next scheduled appointment.
